    It is so unfair of John John to criticise the staff at the Westbourne Post Office as I have used them over a 16 year period and received excellent service. I am currently embroiled in a tangle involving ParcelForce which is proving extremely frustrating.however the service from the post office is second to none. They can't perform mirricles but they certainly try their best.

    Excellent members of staff especially Mike who went beyond customer service to help me with a problem with my car tax. Thank you for putting my mind at rest he is a credit to Postal workers . Thank again
