    I had the pleasure of Charles performing an ACL reconstruction for me. Throughout the whole process from initial discussions to post op care, Charles provided encouragement and answers to every question or doubt I had. He seems genuinely interested in my recovery which is a much welcome change, and his positivity and attention to detail are unquestionable. If I ever need another knee operation (hopefully not!), Charles will definitely be my first choice of surgeon.

    Dr Willis-Owen continues to be outstanding in the care of my knee. He confidently diagnosed a condition which others had missed and then devised a joined-up treatment plan which gave me and the excellent physiotherapist he recommended, sensible goals to work towards. In addition to being a top-class clinician, Dr Willis-Owen seems to genuinely care and to take a continuing interest in his patients' recovery.
